Today's Adventure

Eli is certainly a kid who likes to play. For the past month or so, he couldn't get enough of his activity mat where plush friends hang from an arch over his head. At first he would just look at the toys, but then eventually he figured out that batting at them made them move which proved to be fascinating.
Now, however, his new favorite toy is his Rainforest Jumperoo, a bouncy seat toy we received as a shower gift. Because Eli is still a little small for the seat, Jay created a little platform so Eli can bounce up and down by moving his feet. The Jumperoo, like all children's toys, makes music when Eli bounces hard enough. Eli loves to kick his feet now as a result of the Jumperoo. Even when he's sitting in his swing, he kicks his feet back and forth like he's riding in the Tour de France.
For the first time ever, Eli fell asleep while playing in the Jumperoo.
