Eli and His Reflection

Eli loves to see himself in the mirror. At first, he would just stare at himself and wonder who that handsome baby was staring back at him while we would dress him after a bath near the big bathroom mirror. Now, though, he has whole conversations with himself while looking in the play mirror attached to his activity mat. He'll even move the mirror back and forth as if to play peek-a-boo with his reflection. He touches the mirror and grabs on to the side of it to make it move. It's so nice that we have more playful time with him so we can see his outgoing personality shine through! Grandma Burnham is here to stay with us for the week while Jay and I are working--we're so happy to have her here with us so she can spend some quality time with Eli. Thanks Grandma!
