Eli can sit up by himself! After much practice and falling over, Eli can finally sit up by himself for at least a few seconds.
Very exciting! Play time will be much more fun now that he can hold himself up a little. It's a little tough to really play when we either have to hold him or he has to be lying down. Once again, I can't believe how fast things change with him! His two bottom teeth are definitely noticeable, he's semi-mobile with his scooting and rolling around, and he's eating cereal like a champion. It seems like it was just yesterday when we brought him home from the hospital and all he did was sleep all day. Being a parent is more fun each time he learns something new--soon we'll be chasing him around the house like crazy! We feel very fortunate to have such a happy, healthy boy. Eli truly makes us a family

WOW, what a big boy, sitting up by yourself is a great life skill that is highly under rated, just ask high school students when it comes to sitting the correct way in a desk or a chair! :) He looks so adorable! It was really nice to see you at Joni's yesterday, thanks for stopping in, I know she was thrilled to see everyone! I still have to meet Eli, hopefully before school starts! Take care-
